About me, the company, the team, the partners: 

My name is Bernd Brencher and I love light and colors.

In 2011, I discovered the first wireless table lamp from Smart and Green while on vacation and was immediately impressed by the beautiful light and the possibility of being able to use the lamp anywhere, without a power connection. As a businessman, the idea of entering this segment quickly came to mind and my new company for mobile lighting was launched on January 1, 2012.

We have been the exclusive sales partner of Smart and Green for Germany, Austria and Switzerland since July 2012. But other neighboring countries are also supplied from our warehouse in Bavaria.

Development progressed at lightning speed and we began supplying the AIDA fleet with POINT table lamps in 2015. This popular lamp was followed by other models and many customers from the hotel and catering sectors.

Exclusive representation of the Goodnight-light brand since 2018

The next milestone was the partnership with Eva and Mark Newton and their brand Goodnight light. The creative designer lights that the two designers design, develop and produce under the motto: “Design with a smile” are the perfect addition to our range of wireless, battery-powered LED lights.

In 2021, Goodnight light decided to move its entire production to Spain and now works with several small manufacturers.

Final assembly, quality control, logistics and administration are located in Gavà near Barcelona.

My company Smart and Green / Goodnight light has been based in Allgäu since 2019.

The company is based in the beautiful Ostallgäu, in Rückholz, the village of ponds right on the northern edge of the Alps. We work with professionals so that we can deliver quickly and reliably. The Gruber Logistik company in Sulzberg, south of Kempten, offers not only warehousing but also complete shipping throughout the entire distribution area. The lights are delivered via DHL and GLS.

• Spare parts service (thanks to the modular system of the lights, the technical components can be easily replaced.)
• Warranty claims are handled directly here with us, no detour via the headquarters in Spain or France.
